Today, Hammock del Sol works with 2 South American suppliers and 1 Central American supplier. By introducing this unique technique, Hammock del Sol invites you to discover its heritage and its quality hammocks. Our hammocks are known for their comfort, their luxurious appearance and their durability.

Mes voyages en Amérique latine ont été une révélation, tant pour l’histoire que pour la beauté de la nature de ces pays. J’y ai découvert un mode de vie qui m’a fasciné : la vie en hamac, ancrée dans la culture depuis des siècles.
Ma passion pour les civilisations précolombiennes m’a naturellement amené aux hamacs, son origine, sa culture, ses méthodes de fabrication suivant différents pays. Intrigué par l’absence de ces merveilleux hamacs en France, j’ai décidé d’enquêter. Pourquoi tant de hamacs de mauvaise qualité sont-ils distribués ici et en Europe ? Pourquoi trouve-t-on si peu de véritables hamacs sud-américains faits main ? Les raisons sont multiples : délais de production, difficultés logistiques d’importation dans certains pays, méfiance des banques lors des transactions financières pour payer les fournisseurs. J’ai

En mai 2023, j’ai décidé de me lancer à plein temps dans Hamac del Sol, car j’avais déjà travaillé sur de petits projets, mon préféré étant la création de leur logo. De plus, ce qui m’a attiré chez Hamac del Sol, c’est leur approche éthique et humaniste.
J’occupe actuellement plusieurs fonctions couvrant différents aspects de l’entreprise. Je suis également responsable de la conception et de l’image du site web ainsi que de l’ensemble de la marque, ce qui me permet de créer des expériences visuelles qui reflètent l’essence de l’entreprise, en établissant un lien avec notre public de manière efficace.

The hammock is an important element of South American culture, especially for indigenous people living in the forests, who use it to avoid contact with the ground at night, in order to avoid the insects that are very present in these regions. In Brazil, 70% of the population in the countryside sleep in hammocks and 30% use them in the city.
Hammock del Sol is a bridge between our present and the history of the ancient peoples of Latin America, attached to nature.
