RETURN & EXCHANGE: 14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

At Hammock del Sol, our goal is to satisfy you. So if you have changed your mind, don't panic!

PERSONALIZATION

No returns for customization.
We do not accept cancellations once production has begun. This is a custom made model customized in Nicaragua. Likewise, we do not accept returns for this type of request.

RETURN

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw for any reason and without incurring any penalty within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products purchased from www.hamacdeslsol.fr

You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and make a return request online using our return form. You then have an additional 14 days to return the Product(s) of your Order by Post to the following address

EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the reception of your internet order to exchange your product for free in our warehouse. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the products in our warehouse. You can request an exchange using the Return Form on our website, which allows you to exchange your purchased products according to the available options.

A product exchange applies only to products purchased for which this possibility is expressly specified on the Return Form on our website by the word "EXCHANGE".

You may only request a replacement of one or more purchased products with products of the same model and size and/or color. The available replacement options are listed on the online Return Form.

You may submit only one exchange request for each product purchased.

The only condition is that it must be accompanied by your invoice (accessible from your shipping confirmation e-mail or from your "My Account" space). In all cases, the return must be sent in its original packaging and the product must be new, unused, without any trace of wear and tear and in perfect condition for resale

In case of deterioration of the packaging bag or the product, Hamac del Sol reserves the right to refuse the return, exchange or refund. In this case, it is necessary to provide us with a photo of the products.

For example, the vendor may reduce the value of the refund in the following cases:

  • The products have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
  • The original packaging (the protective bag) which is an integral part of the product, has not been returned or is damaged

If Seller decides to reduce the refund amount for these reasons, you will be notified. In this case, you may choose, instead of obtaining a partial refund, to have the purchased products returned to you at your expense.

In the latter case, if you refuse the return of the products, the Seller will have the right to keep the products as well as the value of the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in the value of the returned products.

RETURN YOUR ORDER BY MAIL

If you have chosen home delivery by Colissimo, the return is made by La Poste directly to our warehouse and the return costs are at your charge, except if the return is due to an error on our part (in this case, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by e-mail at contact@hamacdelsol.fr

You just have to go to the post office and return your parcel by Colissimo only, keeping the proof of deposit or the notice of taking charge.

HOW TO SEND US AN ITEM BY MAIL?

It's simple and convenient! You want to return a product?

Fill out our return form and we will send you a return slip to send your package back

enclose it with your parcel, and drop it off at the post office within 14 days of your return request.

Important : The return costs are at your charge. However, if the delivered product arrived damaged or did not correspond to the product ordered, the return costs will be charged to Hammock del Sol. In this case, contact the Customer Service by e-mail at contact@hamacdelsol.fr in order to receive a prepaid return label to stick on your package.

Upon receipt of your package at our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your return has been processed and that the full refund has been validated. If the products have lost value, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the amount deducted from the refund and announcing that Hammock del Sol will make a partial refund. Refunds are made using the original method of payment and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement.

ITEMS RETURNED AS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT

Without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection provisions, if you are returning a product due to an error on our part or on the grounds that it is damaged or defective, please notify us using our Return Form on the website within thirty (30) days of receipt; if a product becomes defective after this thirty (30) day period, please contact Customer Service for further information.
