Delivery & shipping costs

GENERAL INFORMATION

*Due to the current situation, the shipment of your package by our logistics partners may be delayed. We apologize for this. *

We deliver our products in Metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco, the countries of the European Union, and the Dom Tom (For all other destinations, please contact us)

While we will make every effort to deliver your products within the time frames defined above, delivery dates are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and cannot be relied upon against us. However, the maximum time frame of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the delivery email is guaranteed.

If you have not received your order within the time frame indicated, please check with your local post office to make sure they do not have your package. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. All delivery times may be subject to delays due to seasonal or busy periods, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to get your order to you on time. During these exceptional periods of high activity (e.g. Christmas) or particularly unfavorable weather conditions, we would appreciate it if you would give us an extra day before contacting us.

Please note that the carrier will require a signature upon delivery and will not release the products to you without a signature. Orders can be delivered to a work location, which is generally simpler and avoids products being returned to us as undelivered by the carrier.

If you place an order for many products, we may have to deliver your products in several shipments. If more than one delivery is required, you will be notified in advance. You will be responsible for the products when they are delivered to you.

Your order will be sent to the delivery address you provided when you placed your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

1- DPD carrier (max 30kg per package) Delivery is made against signature

You have the choice of a delivery :

  • In a relay point for all parcels under 20kg (the list of relay points is visible at the time of your order)
  • At home
  • At your place of work

In Metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra: Delivery between 24/48 hours and collection points in France. Delivery costs are free for all orders over 20.00 €.

In Europe : Delivery between 3 and 7 days at home with signature - no delivery points

  • Euro 1 Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: The delivery costs are charged at a flat rate of 6.00 € per 7Kg.
  • Euro 2 Autriche, Espagne, Grande-Bretagne, Italie, Liechtenstein, Pologne, Portugal, République Tchèque, Suisse: Les frais de livraison sont facturés forfaitairement 10.00 € par tranche de 7Kg.
  • Euro 3 Andorre, Croatie, Danemark, Estonie, Hongrie, Irlande (Nord & Sud), Lettonie, Lituanie, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Suède : Les frais de livraison sont facturés forfaitairement 15.00 € par tranche de 7Kg.
  • Euro 4 Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania: The delivery costs are charged at a flat rate of 15.00 € per 7Kg.
  • Euro 5 Bosnia, Serbia*, Ukraine* : Delivery costs are charged at a flat rate of € 25. 00 per 7Kg.

DELIVERY OF PERSONALIZED HAMMOCKS

Pour les hamacs personnalisés il faut prévoir un délai supplémentaire de livraison de 10 à 15 jours (pas de retour possible).

Free shipping directly from Nicaragua and Colombia.
For any purchase of a personalized model, shipping will be done exclusively by DHL. Any other shipping option will not be taken into account.
The customer will receive a phone notification from DHL with a tracking number and a link, allowing him to follow the progress of his package.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The prices indicated on the website are in Euros and do not include shipping costs.

We reserve the right to add additional charges for deliveries to certain hard-to-reach areas. If there are additional charges for your order, you will be informed of these charges in the "Proceed to Checkout" step before placing your order.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are at your charge and are your responsibility. We are not obliged to check and inform you of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, we advise you to inquire with the competent authorities of your country.

On the other hand, the responsibility of Hamac del Sol cannot be engaged in case of error or omission on the part of the carrier DPD, La Poste, Chronopost or Mondial Relay (parcel marked as "delivered" on the site but not received by the recipient). In this case Hamac del Sol has no recourse.

We automatically update the tracking of your package so that you can access it independently from your My Account space. At the same time, you are also notified by the carrier at each key stage of your delivery.
